  • I will exercise whenever I feel lazy, fat, bored, like bingeing, etc.
  • I will state 1 thing that I like about myself every time I look in the mirror.
  • I will stop eating junk.
  • I will get at least 7 hours of sleep every night.
  • I will drink 5 glasses of water everyday
  • I will not binge.
  • I will not drink soda.
  • I will clean my room once a week.
  • I will do my best in school.
